Worcestershire restaurant relaunches following £150k investment

A Worcestershire restaurant is relaunching after undergoing a six-figure refurbishment.

The 3 AA Rosette Chaddesley Restaurant at Brockencote Hall Hotel has been reimagined as Malvern Restaurant following a £150,000 investment, transforming the space into a contemporary dining destination inspired by the beauty of the Worcestershire countryside.

The redesigned interior draws heavily on nature, creating a warm and elegant setting that reflects the landscape beyond its windows. Striking linen curtains, intricately embroidered with pine trees and evergreens, echo the tranquillity of a European forest, bringing a subtle botanical influence into the restaurant.

Complementing this is a bespoke carpet featuring a softly distressed, abstract pattern inspired by traditional ornamental textiles. Layered in warm terracotta, burnt orange and ochre tones against a neutral palette of stone, taupe and ivory, the design has an intentionally weathered, painterly quality.

The new-look setting is complemented by a menu overseen by head chef, Tim Jenkins, who is marking a decade of culinary service at the hotel. Brockencote Hall has forged a reputation of sourcing ingredients locally, including from the hotel’s kitchen garden, 12 hive apiary and local suppliers.

Dan Brennan, General Manager said: “Guests are looking for more than just a meal when they choose to dine out; they want to enjoy an experience that creates lasting memories.

“This latest investment allows us to deliver exactly that – whether guests are joining us for an elegant evening meal, a relaxed Afternoon Tea, or a traditional Sunday Roast.
