Skills Bootcamps
A 12-week programme that helps your employees upskill or reskill, developing essential tech and digital skills, enhancing their work responsibilities, and supporting your organisation’s digital transformation.
Level 3 and 4 Apprenticeships
Level 3 Apprenticeships train early-career technicians, while Level 4 Apprenticeships further develop technologists such as engineers and analysts.
Degree Apprenticeships
Degree Apprenticeships develop “T-Shaped” Solutions professionals with both broad “business knowledge and technological expertise”. These programmes offer the opportunity for your organisation’s rising stars and future leaders to enhance their skills through a BSc/BA (Hons) Degree Apprenticeship, accredited by the University of Staffordshire.
Between August 2023 and August 2024, 83% of our Degree Apprentices achieved First-Class Honours!
TDM as a “Skills First” Training Provider
Our employer partners describe TDM as a “skills first” training provider.
Instead of deciding what skills, knowledge, and behaviours apprentices need, we ask employers:
- What performance competence is required for the apprentice’s job role.
- What matters most to YOU (Employer organisation) in terms of the tasks and outputs needed from this employee(apprentice)
We then tailor the apprenticeship standard to meet those specific needs, reverse engineering the requirements of the apprenticeship standard to reflect the unique impact needs of the employer.
“Our apprenticeships strategy supports both our existing employees and brings new talent into the organisation, laying the foundations for the next generation of recruits…We chose to partner with TDM for all our IT and Digital apprenticeships because their approach is employer-focused, flexible, and tailored to our specific job roles and performance requirements. In the last 18months, we’ve found them outstanding in delivery, professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive.” – Glynis, Apprenticeships Manager at West Midlands Police.
