Very occasional day access to a nice meeting space (with refreshment/toilet facilities) for YMCA Worcestershire senior team Away Days **
I’d really appreciate a nice, airy meeting space for me/my senior team to be able to go off site and get headspace to work strategically in supporting our charity work. We’re coming out of some challenging times now and really trying to develop and grow in the way we know we can – for best impact in local communities.
We need a space once a quarter with tea/coffee and toilet facilities and maybe a nearby cafe for us to get lunch. Ideally a room for a meeting of 8-10 people at least – to give us a bit of space to work (there are only 5 of us).
We’d really appreciate it if you would be kind enough to gift us with this (or give us a reduced costing), as a way of supporting our work, so that we can use our funding as fully as possible in other directions.
And we’d be delighted to take a coffee break with you and tell you a bit about our work – beyond the Village People song!
