Event Information

We will Focus on certain behaviours in the workplace, body language and the techniques to foster a positive workplace.

Unresolved conflicts can slow down work and harm team relations. Effective conflict resolution fosters a positive workplace, encourages teamwork, and prevents issues from worsening. Common workplace conflict sources include communication differences, goal clashes, personality clashes, misunderstandings, resource allocation, and competing priorities. Identifying these sources is essential for prompt resolution.

This workhop highlights how to equip staff with effective communication techniques, active listening skills, and emotional intelligence. We will also be focusing on certain behaviours in the workplace and body language

As this is a big course we would take each module headline and deliver the “key highlights”.

This means that the principles of the training can be used in any size business and across multiple sectors.

We would love to invite you to help raise awareness and funds by holding your own Yellow Week event or fundraiser with your family, friends, workplace, schools or clubs.

If you love to fundraise or can help us raise awareness of hospice care, Yellow Week is a really great way to get involved. Whether you are a keen baker and choose to hold a yellow themed bake sale, maybe a yellow fancy dress party or dress down day at school, maybe you’ve always wanted to dunk your boss in that bath of yellow custard, now’s the time to do it!

Last year our Yellow Week supporters took on running challenges sporting their Primrose T-shirts after work, held a yellow themed plant sale, turned their dental surgery yellow for the week, stood out from the crowd dressed in yellow at the gym, we even had our own yellow fancy dress Friday here at the hospice too.

Everyone can get involved in Yellow Week, we love to see what fun and crazy ideas you all come up with each year.
