Demand for commercial property in Hereford on the up

The raft of new development planned for Hereford can help drive demand for commercial property in and around the city, a legal expert has said.

Louise Price, who recently joined the commercial and agricultural property team at Lanyon Bowdler’s Hereford office, said there were plenty of reasons to be positive.

She said: “Demand for commercial property in Hereford has remained high in recent years, and we are hoping that demand will continue to grow as Hereford evolves.

“Despite the financial issues that our economy is facing, it is still very much apparent that people want to live and work within Herefordshire and it is exciting to see what the future holds for the county.”

Louise joined Lanyon Bowdler’s commercial and agricultural property team in Hereford last year, and said the market in Herefordshire had been busy in recent months.

“We are seeing a good number of transactions taking place, and everyone in the team is busy assisting a range of clients,” she said.

“I was delighted to join Lanyon Bowdler last year, and have worked in the Herefordshire area since 2014.

“I have experience of dealing with legal matters for individuals, business owners and companies, assisting with buying and selling commercial property or agricultural property, together with landlord and tenant matters.”
