An opportunity for employers to find out more about the business benefits of signing the Armed Forces Covenant will be taking place at the historic Dancox House in Worcester on Wednesday 25th January.
The Armed Forces Covenant allows employers to demonstrate their support to staff who are veterans, reservists, military spouses, and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers. It is a signed pledge that no member of the armed forces community will face disadvantage because of their service to the nation.
Over 9,000 employers have already signed the Armed Forces Covenant, including some of the biggest organisations in the UK. The event will feature presentations from key personnel in the region, showing the social value and mutual benefits of a partnership with Defence.
