A series of public talks are being launched by NMITE delivered by some of the greatest minds in engineering, leadership and entrepreneurship.
The series – named Masterclass: Lessons in Leadership – begins with the first talk on Thursday 1 September, delivered by Mark Thurston, CEO of HS2.
Mark will talk about his 30-year career journey to date and some of the key projects he has led that has enabled him to become the leader he is today. He’ll touch on some of the key challenges of delivering a programme the size and scale of HS2, along with some of the leadership tools he’s used to overcome them.
- DATE: Thursday 1st September 2022
- TIME: 5pm – 6pm, including a 45-minute talk followed by a 15-minute Q&A.
- VENUE: Nell Gwynne Studio, The Courtyard, Edgar Street, Hereford, HR4 9JR.
