FREE Wellbeing Opportunity – ‘Understanding Your Brain to Support Your Mental Health’

It seems that these days our lives are so busy with work, family and all the other commitments that seem to dominate our day, and as a result we find our stress levels rising. It can feel like a constant battle to maintain a healthy mental attitude and we can easily find ourselves in a negative cycle of thinking, often feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope.

The long-term effects of battling this continual stress response can lead to feelings of anxiety, depression and sometimes even take us to total burnout. The knock-on effects of these symptoms can be made so much worse by additional issues that arise as a result, problems such as our sleep cycle being affected. In addition, we can suddenly find that we are introducing unhealthy and unhelpful habits to get us through the day.

As a Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, Donna Jones works with clients to help them understand how their brain works and how they can take steps to allow them to take back the control of their lives. The process enables them to flip the polarity of their thinking and ultimately create a positive response cycle and create new, healthy habits.

Having worked within the NHS as an Operational Manager, she knows the importance of supporting staff mental health, building resilience to sustain your workforce, and ultimately increasing productivity. As an advocate for maintaining good mental health, she would like to offer a FREE of charge, one-hour session for your staff, that provides an overview of how the brain works and allows participants to understand, and ultimately learn, how they can take control of those negative cycles and start to gain some control back in their lives.
