The Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce is absolutely delighted to share the news that we have been awarded the ‘We Invest in People’ Platinum Accreditation.
Platinum is the highest level of accreditation possible to achieve and it’s something only 2% of organisations achieve. It means policies and practices around supporting people are embedded in every corner of Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce and in a platinum company, everyone – from the CEO to our apprentices – knows they have a part to play in the company doing well, and is always looking for ways to improve.
Every single one of our employees is involved in supporting each other and is doing their best to make work better. Our We Invest in People assessment was a great opportunity for us to hear from the team and learn about what we’re doing well as an organisation, and what we can do to make it even better. With the feedback our team gave us, we’ve got recommendations and an action plan so that we can keep making changes, improving and moving forward.
We believe that the success of an organisation begins and ends with people, which is why this achievement is so valuable to us.
