Local (Hereford-based) and National (online) events to engage, excite and introduce the world of integrated engineering. NMITE (New Model Institute for Technology and Engineering) is “opening its doors” this summer to a series of Summer of Discovery workshops which have been designed for families, younger children and students considering studying engineering. The programme is being run through the summer as NMITE prepares to welcome its first MEng Integrated Engineering students in September 2021.
Peter Broks, Associate Professor at NMITE, said:
“We’re delighted to launch this series of events which we hope will prove to be interesting, informative and educational for people of all ages. It is a great opportunity for us to demonstrate NMITE’s innovative approach to learning in advance of NMITE’s official opening to our Pioneer Cohort on 21st September.”
