With the easing of Covid restrictions Creative Communications agency DRPG has returned to running their team meetings in a hybrid format. For the last 14 months the 380 employees across the globe have been logging on for a broadcast, including updates, case studies and recognition.
“It’s great to have a face-to-face audience back in the studio” says CEO Dale Parmenter “we have been running a hybrid format for the team for many years, but this meeting was the one which really signposted the road back to normality”
A combination of live and remote presentations combined with interaction ensured the audience of 30 team members physically in the studio, the 10 global offices, plus people working from home were equally engaged.
