The Courtyard Hereford is excited to announce the opening of The Courtyard Chase Lounge, the brand-new independent restaurant, lounge bar and rooftop terrace within a beautifully renovated space!
The Courtyard Chase Lounge has been created with the support of Chase Distillery, who have invested in it’s development and supported in the design of the new space. Chase Distillery are a British field to bottle distillery, handcrafting an award-winning range of gins and vodkas from the potatoes grown on their farm in Hereford.
The Courtyard Chase Lounge will be open initially from 5.00pm, Thursday – Saturday and will be serving a mixture of small plates and traditional main dishes. Guests can relax and enjoy a Chase cocktail in the setting of the stylish new bar area or go alfresco on the rooftop terrace before heading into the exclusive restaurant to sample a range of innovative small plates created by Head Chef, Dale Williams.
