Wear clothes that you feel comfortable in, so that you can enjoy one, or five of the workshops that are on offer in between our talks and browsing exhibitors – these are small taster sessions to give you an introduction to different ways you can enhance your wellbeing. You are welcome to watch if joining in isn’t for you!
*Covid-19 – This event WILL go ahead. It will not be virtual. If Covid still controls us we have agreed in advance with the hotel to change the date and carry all tickets forward. We will meet in person and have a lovely day!
HOWEVER, You CAN attend virtually if you want to! Tickets to attend are £60, this includes refreshment, exhibitors, workshops (you must pre-book space) and parking, but, if you would rather sit at home and just watch the speakers LIVE, you can book a £30 ticket and we’ll send you the zoom link just before the event. This will also be recorded, so if you are busy on the day, you can watch the recording at your leisure!
If we postpone the physical event, the virtual zoom will be on the same day as the event goes ahead, but it WILL go ahead!
