Ecrubox is now approaching its third anniversary and is scaling quickly. Naturally, 2020 presented some challenges, but in addition to those were some unexpected wins – with the pipeline continuing to fill during this uncertain time.
With ten full-time employees and a portfolio of clients ranging from lifestyle retail and ecommerce businesses to software and technology companies, they have been supporting businesses worldwide, helping them with their digital transformations during lockdown, with a particular focus on ecommerce strategies and more ‘humanised’ brand engagement.
With growth comes change – and they are absolutely delighted to have appointed a strategic Board Advisor – Chris Hyland – to help drive the agency’s vision forward.
Chris will have a core focus on advising and helping the founders strategise the next three years of the agency’s development. Not only will he bring an innovative and commercial outlook to the agency’s future goals, but his trusted experience and expertise will also be of great value to the business as they build the growth culture and create an environment whereby our team can thrive.
As a founding partner of digital marketing agency 4P’s Marketing, with clients such as Nissan, Selfridges and Gymshark, and the co-founder of The Happiness Index, Chris believes that technology can be used for good and can dramatically and positively impact the world. Combined with his digital marketing and agency knowledge, he is confident that Ecrubox has the ability to scale significantly and receive global recognition for their work as a digital agency that sits at the forefront of innovation.
Chris said:
“Ecrubox has already achieved so much in the three years they have been around; they have a fantastic and knowledgeable team, some great customers and a hunger to kick on to the next stage and become one of the top digital marketing agencies in the country. This is where I come in. I have both the happy memories and the battle scars from owning a high growth digital marketing agency, so if I can help guide Heather & Seb on the next stage of the Ecrubox growth journey, I will be delighted.”
Ecrubox’s co-founder Heather Horton added:
“Even through these difficult times, the agency continues to excel, surpassing client expectations across all aspects of digital. However, we are aware that we always need to be ready to adapt, shift, and prepare for the future as best as possible. Our team is ready for the next chapter, and with that, we want to bring on experts who can guide us and be part of our success in our ongoing journey. We are excited to welcome Chris Hyland to the Ecrubox family and look forward to an exciting start to 2021 with his guidance and support.”
