Many business owners have said they aren’t confident they could make redundancies in line with the law, whilst a new poll commissioned by Acas found that a quarter (24%) of employers are unaware of the law around consulting staff before making redundancies.
This interactive event will use a fictional case study to focus on redundancy good practice at this challenging time, including planning and alternatives, consultation, selection, and legal and other considerations.
