Nana Lily’s Four Generations Recipes launched in 2016, Ellen Halpin-Barnett using her Great Grandmothers recipes originating on the West Coast of Ireland made available a family recipe Christmas Pudding, soaked in Kilbeggan Whiskey and contains no nuts or peel, which seen her with Minister Savid Jarvis in Chicago and her puddings being served at a British Consulate dinner.
2018 the pudding won a Great Taste Award. She decided to launch a Whiskey butter instead of a brandy butter which has now won two Great Taste awards 2019 & 2020.
Also in 2019 teaming up with Chase Distillery launched a Seville Marmalade Gin pudding. 2020 seen also a Great Taste Award for her Cranberry and Port Sauce.
On Monday 12th October with celebrity Andi Peters her new all year around puddings will be launched on QVC
