The Chamber has recently welcomed Jon Freail as the new Strategic Account Manager. He brings with him a wealth of experience and we are thrilled to have him as part of the team.
Of his appointment Jon said:
“I am delighted to have joined the Chamber as your Strategic Account Manager, continuing the Chambers long history of providing comprehensive support to the local business community and ensuring that your voice is heard.
“For the past 14 years, I have been working for Lloyds Banking Group. Starting out in retail banking (working in many of the local branches within the Herefordshire and Worcestershire community). More recently I moved into commercial banking, supporting some of the largest SME businesses within the counties. Through this role I learnt the importance of the role you all play, not only in the products and services you provide, but also within your local communities.
“I am really looking forward to building upon the excellent relationships that the Chamber already have with you and adding value to your business to help them grow and flourish. Over the coming months I hope to be able to meet you all, whether that be at any of our upcoming virtual events, or through digital membership meetings, to learn more about who you are, what you do and what your key business objectives look like.
“On a personal note, I am a dad to a very lively 3-year-old daughter who loves nothing more than putting on her wellies and going for long walks in the local parks and countryside. When I’m not jumping in puddles with my daughter, you’ll find me watching my beloved Aston Villa (which has been pretty tough over the past few years!) or heading up the road to see the Warriors play.
