Minerva Elite Performance are amongst just twenty-two organisations from across the West Midland region to have been recognised by the Ministry of Defence for their support to the Armed Forces. Minerva Elite Performance received the Silver Award as part of the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).

Minerva Elite Performance were recognised for the support given to serving armed forces personnel and veteran’s alike. Minerva uses it’s experience with years of underpinning knowledge and experience in supporting the UK’s uniformed services to achieve MBA’s in Strategic Management and Leadership and masters level Cyber qualifications. Whilst also supporting and assisting those transitioning from (or promoting within) the UK armed forces and Emergency Services.
