A sensational new seasonal menu awaits at Local Michelin-Star restaurant Pensons

The only Michelin Star restaurant situated In the three counties (Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire), located on the county border, enjoyed It’s successful re-opening in July after nearly four months closed.

The airy double-height dining room, decorated with objects commissioned from local artisans and craftspeople, and sheltered courtyard garden offer the perfect environment to start dining out again.

Head Chef, Chris Simpson, and his team will be cooking seasonal, ingredient-led menu that focus on fresh flavours direct from the restaurant’s kitchen garden and other local food suppliers.  The new menu will include local lamb and beef and other resident Ingredients.

They have created a range of high-quality hand-picked dried herbs and edible flowers that include restaurant inspired blends and herbs, that are rarely available, on sale at their website.

Pensons is open for dinner from Wednesday to Saturday and for lunch from Thursday to Sunday.
