Forge Bakehouse opened its doors in 2012 as a micro-bakery, specialising in artisan bread and pastry. The success of their growing business created a need for additional cold storage.
This is where MT Cold Storage came in. Forge Bakehouse had space in their back yard – MTCSS’s solution was an external walk in chiller, freezer and ambient prep area built from food safe insulated panels. The rooms were fully-installed with insulated hinged doors, LED lighting, remote refrigeration systems, air conditioning unit and external weatherproof roof.
MTCSS also ensured the temperature controlled rooms were built to adhere to the strict health and safety regulations of the food industry.
