3D Leadership Ltd is a small Malvern based firm of Coaching Psychologists, specialising in Management & Leadership Development and Coaching. They have been established since 2007 and relocated to Malvern in 2013. As well as helping managers and leaders with their personal and professional development they also offer coach training and supervision for employer’s internal coaches. Time over lockdown was well invested with all of their programmes now currently being assessed for accreditation by the Institute of Leadership & Management. Their programmes include:

Tony Fusco is a Doctor of Coaching Psychology and has published extensive research around group-coaching and Authentic Leadership Development including the recently published book – A to Z of Authentic Leadership. Toni Clarkson is an accredited coaching supervisor and specialises in executive coaching and coach supervision.
3D is currently looking to recruit 6 local business managers or leaders to one of their Authentic Leadership coaching groups that will be focussing specifically on ‘leadership after Covid’. The group is being run to generate chapter material for an up-coming Open University book and as such the 6 places for this particular group are being offered free-of-charge. The group will be run (on/off line TBC) on 3 days over 3 months with dates also TBC.
Through the group coaching participants will explore their individual approach to leadership and how this is guided by their personal values and psychological temperament. It will also off group members the opportunity to examine their own unique leadership challenge moving ahead in a post-pandemic world.
