Local businesses are competing to have their social media skills recognised locally with the #WorcestershireHour Social Media Awards 2016.
celebrate the many uses of social media, with 10 categories ranging from “Social Buzz Award” and “Best #WorcestershireHour Photographer”, to “Social Media Employee of the Year” and “Best Business Blog”. There are categories for business, charities, and Councils.
Many Worcestershire businesses have been nominated for the awards which close on Wednesday 30 November. Winners will be announced at the #WorcestershireHour Social Media Awards Evening & Christmas Party on Wednesday 14 December at the Bank House Hotel.
Amongst many others, nominees include the Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), Hewett Recruitment, Driver Hire, PCA Predict, Worcestershire City Council, Robin Walker MP, Worcester Tourist Information Centre (TIC), Worcestershire Association of Carers, St Richard’s Hospice, F8 Creates, Simon from SB Print, Laura Bligh from Modus Creative and Chantall Herbert from Cloud Shepherd Ltd.
