Topic: “Spinning Plates”

People, projects, growth, change and the art of keeping everything moving while making the most of new opportunities.
Spinning Plates explores the reality of leading and growing a business in a world where people, projects, clients, finances, innovation, sustainability and change are all competing for attention. Drawing on my experience of more than 35 years in design, business and leadership, and the journey of ONE Creative Environments from a single discipline practice to a multidisciplinary business and now part of Cornerstone Group, the talk explores the challenges of keeping everything moving while recognising and making the most of new opportunities. The key is not simply to keep every plate spinning, but to know which plates matter, when to ask for another pair of hands, and when to have the confidence to pick up a new one.
