Patron Members, Hazelton Mountford are seeking a Claims Handler to work within their expanding team in Worcester.

At Hazelton Mountford, staff are core to the team’s success and they’re looking for a customer service focused individual who will share their values and offer the best service possible in assisting their valued clients with their claims.

The majority of claims handled will be for commercial businesses and the new team member will report to the Claims Manager for this busy and rewarding position.  The successful applicant will need to be able to work well under pressure, possess good communication skills as well as passion for finding the best outcome for Hazelton Mountford’s clients.  Previous claims handling experience is preferred but not necessary, if you possess a knowledge of insurance coupled with a desire to learn, you will also be considered.

Hours: Monday – Friday   8:30am – 5:00pm with one day per week working from home.
