Worcester-based Real World Consultancy (RWC) recently hosted a business conference for local businesses.
The Future Focused Quarterly Business Summit brought together a wide-range of local businesses including marketing agencies, HR consultancies and an artisan candle-maker plus several others, to focus and reflect on what went well for their company’s during 2023 so far and to plan ahead for a successful Q3. The delegates left with their goals written and a structured, implementable action plan.
Kate Bennett, The HR Hero said: “I absolutely loved the Business Summit, I got so much out of it as a business owner to help me plan not just for the next quarter but actually for the next 12 months and how I want my business to grow and also how I’m going to achieve my goals each quarter. I absolutely recommend this event not only to business owners but those within senior positions or those responsible for a team to help them plan and focus on what they need to achieve within their area of work.”
Emma White, Director of RWC commented that entrepreneurs, founders and business owners often feel isolated and are not sure how they can drive their businesses forward. To support them RWC is hosting a Summit at the end of each quarter so that owners can concentrate on their business, rather than working in their business. Emma added, “at RWC we don’t just offer business coaching; we infuse it with a heavy dose of planning, strategy, and service definition. This powerful blend ensures that our clients enhance their skills and develop for their businesses. Wherever you are on your entrepreneurial journey, you cannot make your long-term success a reality without well-defined, strategic plans.”
The next Future Focused Quarterly Business Summit is on Thursday 28th September at RWC HQ, Oak House in Worcester, at M5 J6. Contact Emma, Esther or Eliza to book your place. [email protected]
