Commercial agents John Truslove have achieved the £2.8 million off-market sale of a substantial factory/warehouse unit in Redditch.
Thermal Transfer Solutions Ltd has acquired 5a Merse Road, North Moons Moat Industrial Estate, Redditch, as the location for a major new smart factory investment totalling £3.5 million.
Ian Parker, joint managing director of John Truslove, had previously negotiated the letting of Unit 27, Eagle Road, Manorside Industrial Estate, Redditch, to Thermal Transfer Solutions, which manufactures and distributes thermal transfer ribbons that are used in industrial labelling machines.
He said: “Thermal Transfer Solutions Ltd is just one of the longstanding Redditch companies we have worked with over the years, and we were very pleased to have exactly the right premises to meet their needs on our books and were able to agree a sale prior to marketing commencing.”
John Truslove acted for Worcestershire property investment company White Wulff LLP and Midpark Capital Ltd which is based in Gloucestershire.
Located on a 2.12 acre site, the 24,804 sq ft 5a Merse Road is accessed off Merse Road and Colemeadow Road and handily positioned for the national motorway network with Junction 3 of the M42 approximately five miles to the north, via the A435.
