The St Michael’s Hospice Winter Ball is now open for bookings. Please help to make this a night to remember!

When? Saturday 28th November 6.30 pm to Midnight
Where? The Basement at Whitestone, Hereford. HR1 3SE. For one night only this venue will be transformed for this very special occasion. Plenty of parking on site!
What’s included? Fizz on arrival, delicious 3-course meal, licensed bar, entertainment from the Hey Yahs 8-piece band, plus lots of fun and games and opportunities to celebrate and support the work of your local hospice.
What should I wear? We’d like this to be a glamorous occasion so we’re encouraging posh frocks, bow ties and suits! There will be a prize for the best pre-loved outfit too- so you don’t have to spend a fortune to look fabulous!
What’s on the Menu?
- Starter- Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with Amaretto Cream, Roasted Pumpkin Seeds, Smoked Cheddar Croutons (v)
- For main- Braised Blade of Local Beef, Jerusalem Artichoke Purée, Dauphinoise Potato, Vichy Carrots & Red Wine Jus or for Vegetarians- Wood Fired Aubergine Schnitzel , Jerusalem Artichoke Purée, Dauphinoise Potato, Vichy Carrots, Braised Tomato Sauce (v)
- For Dessert- Cider & Apple Crème Brûlée, Spiced Shortbread

You can get involved by:
- Taking a table- at just £600 for 10 people (a saving on individual tickets at £65pp). It’s a great way of celebrating with colleagues, customers or family and friends. Or perhaps you would like a VIP table, so on arrival your wine is ready to pour and you have the best seats in the house near the dancefloor (limited tables available at £1,000, including advert in the programme).
- Talk to the hospice about being the main sponsor for this new event- a great way to get your company name noticed amongst the Herefordshire community during the event and across pre-event promotion.
- Donate an auction or raffle prize- they’re looking for physical items or unique experiences or promises- some examples might be meals out, holiday homes and overnight stays, entertainment tickets, hot air balloon rides, a special car for a weekend, a private chef for a dinner party, luxury hampers, sports memorabilia etc- everyone will have different ideas and contacts!
