Have you ever dreamed of standing on the roof of Africa?
Worcestershire Acute Hospitals Charity is inviting you to take part in our very first international challenge event: an unforgettable trek to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in September 2027.
At 5,895m, Kilimanjaro is Africa’s highest peak and one of the world’s most iconic mountains. Participants will tackle the spectacular Lemosho Route, journeying through stunning rainforests, moorlands and alpine landscapes before reaching the summit.
Whether you’re an experienced hiker, looking for your next personal challenge, or searching for an inspiring team-building opportunity, this adventure offers the chance to achieve something extraordinary while support your local hospitals charity.
The challenge includes an £800 non-refundable deposit and a total trip cost of £3,295.
Trekkers can choose from two fundraising options, including a self-funded option where you pay for the trip and commit to raising a minimum of £1,000 in sponsorship for Worcestershire Acute Hospitals Charity or the sponsorship-funded option where you commit to raising a minimum of £5,000 and your fundraising cover the trip, and the rest goes to Worcestershire Acute Hospitals Charity.
So, will you join us on Kilimanjaro and make a lasting difference to your local hospitals?
