Trio of newly qualified solicitors strengthens Worcester office law firm

Three up and coming solicitors are celebrating after qualifying following the completion of their training contracts at a Worcester law firm.

Trio Lauren Collins, Emily Stancer and Sara Southall have now formally qualified as solicitors having completed their training contracts at Tything-based, mfg Solicitors, and are now working closely with their heads of the department, along with the firm’s clients in their respected specialisms.

Lauren, who graduated from the University of Leicester before completing a master’s degree at the University of Law, is now part of the firm’s nationally-recognised Agriculture and Rural Affairs team, working closely with farmers, landowners and rural businesses. She previously worked at the firm as a paralegal and is delighted to be continuing her career there as a qualified solicitor.

Meanwhile, Emily graduated from Oxford Brookes University before completing the Legal Practice Course and a master’s degree at the University of Law. She now works within the firm’s highly regarded Commercial Property team, where she supports both individuals and businesses on a wide range of property-related matters, including acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, refinancing transactions and landlord and tenant work.

And finally, Sara, who graduated from the University of Chester before completing her Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE), is now part of the firm’s award-winning Employment team. She will advise both employers and employees on both contentious and non-contentious matters at a time of significant change in the UK’s employment legislation.

Andrew Davies, partner and managing director at mfg Solicitors said: “Lauren, Emily and Sara have been nothing short of superb during their time as trainees with us.

“They have the drive and determination needed in today’s legal sector and are already making their mark both within the firm and with our clients.

“All three have superb careers ahead of them and I’m excited to see what they will achieve in the months and years ahead in their respective specialisms. I’d like to congratulate them once again.”
