The launch marks a significant expansion beyond its established HR offering under Regent HR, bringing dedicated management consulting and strategic advisory services to SMEs across the UK.
The division is built around three core areas: strategic leadership, management consulting, and operational development. All designed to deliver senior-level strategic support without the cost or complexity typically associated with large consultancy firms.
Alongside its core advisory offer, Regent Advisory carries a dedicated sport management practice, supporting organisations of all sizes on governance, commercial development, performance structures, and long-term strategic growth, built on experience from within sport.
Josh Payne has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective 1st April 2026. A Chartered Manager and respected senior leader, Josh brings extensive experience across business strategy, leadership, and the professional sports industry.
Rebecca Barnett has also been appointed Director of HR & Advisory Services, taking executive responsibility for delivery across both Regent HR and Regent Advisory, bringing the same practical, straight-talking approach the business has become known for.
