Hi, I need help to remove an old admin (Joncube) from our social media posts on Instagram and Facebook. I need to set up a new profile without deleting the social media accounts. I do not have access to Joncube therefore if any requests to approve changes to the account go to this profile I am stuck. I have been in the post for a year now and really need help to get it sorted.
