Law firm mfg Solicitors has bolstered its Corporate legal team in Worcester with the appointment of a new solicitor.
The Tything-based firm has appointed Andrew Johnson to the team, who will advise clients on a range of corporate-related matters including mergers and acquisitions, re-organisations and corporate secretarial services.
Andrew will primarily work closely with corporate partner, Sophie Thornton at mfg’s Worcester office, but will also work with teams at its Kidderminster and Birmingham offices.
