Chamber Member Wins Special Recognition at National Awards Ceremony

Naomi Wachner, founder of Calibre Virtual Assistant Services (“Calibre”) and member of the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce, was named One to Watch at the Woman Who Achieves Awards 2024, held at Coombes Abbey Hotel, on 10th May 2024. Now in its 9th year, this award is hosted by Sandra Garlick MBE and celebrates the achievements of women in business throughout the UK.

After a corporate career within the legal field, Naomi launched her own local business in October 2022 and now heads up a small team of experts who focus on helping established businesses scale and generate more revenue, through the provision of specialised, remote administrative support.

Shortlisted from hundreds of entries from across the UK, Naomi received her medal and certificate after impressing the judges with her tenacity and the positive impact her business is having, so early on in her entrepreneurial journey.

The judges said: “Naomi has built (and continues to build) a fabulous business offering a core service to a niche audience. Naomi has ambitions as big as her smile, but she is keeping her feet firmly on the ground. She is certainly one to watch due to her tenacity and unwavering belief in herself and her business.”

Naomi adds: It is such an honour to be named as the One to Watch. Here at Calibre, we ensure that expertise is at the core of everything we do and as such, we are thrilled that the positive results we are delivering for our clients are being recognised by this prestigious award.”
