Oak House Workspace: West Worcester’s Co-working Space is Open for you!

St John’s first co-working space opened in April 2023 and is already welcoming members from Worcestershire’s small business community. They joined the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce in January 2024.

Oak House Workspace is a 2,200 square-foot workspace that offers co working desks, meeting rooms and breakout and relaxation areas for business leaders and freelancers keen to raise their productivity.

Debbie Farr, one of Oak House Workspace’s Directors, comments: “We’ve had a fantastic welcome from the local business community. We’re grateful for our growing number of ambassadors who are recommending us to their networks. Many small business owners have already been in for a tour or to try out our facilities.”

Debbie, along with her sister and fellow director Jennifer Appleton, have created a modern and professional environment, with a soothing and refreshing green colour scheme, natural wood accents and their favourite feature – the ‘green’ wall.

There are a wide range of membership packages available, and can be tailored to individual need, along with the ability to book ad-hoc days and meetings. The facility also benefits from 8 parking spaces (first come first served basis) and plenty of free parking around the area.

They are currently offering a free ½ day trial throughout March and April 2024 and would love to invite new people into the space.

Oak House Workspace offers:

  • A 28-seat hot desk zone with spacious desks and comfy chairs
  • A quiet hot desk zone
  • 6 fixed desks split across 2 rooms
  • Meeting and Zoom rooms
  • Superfast Wi-Fi
