The judging for the Tourism Awards for Excellence 2018, sponsored by Glide Media and Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership, is now officially underway.

Visit Herefordshire and Visit Worcestershire have once again joined forces to host the annual tourism awards, which are aligned with the national VisitEngland Awards for Excellence.
Winners of a related category at a local level have the chance to be put forward to represent the counties nationally. This year, Leominster-based The Riverside at Aymestrey won Gold in the Tourism Pub of the Year category at the national VisitEngland awards after winning their category in 2017.

The finalists from the two counties have been invited to the exclusive awards ceremony on Tuesday 11 September at The Bank House Hotel, Spa & Golf Club, where the Winners, Highly Commended and Commended from each category will be announced.
Visit Worcestershire is delighted to reveal that Kate Williams, Author, Historian and TV Presenter, will be the host for the celebrations next month.
