Underwoods Steel Stockholders & Fabrications has announced the successful completion of the sale of its long-standing Worcester premises, The Steel Centre, Wainwright Road, marking the next chapter in the company’s continued development.
Following the sale, Underwoods will remain fully operational from the site as a tenant for the next ten months, ensuring uninterrupted service for customers while the business actively searches for a new permanent home in Worcester.
The move reflects a strategic step in the company’s long-term plans and provides the opportunity to secure premises that better support the future growth of the business.

The sale will not affect day-to-day operations, and customers can continue to place orders, collect materials and work with the Underwoods team exactly as they do today.
