Roxel UK Presenting at the EMTWG Conference 2024

We are proud to be supporting and presenting at the next Energetic Materials Technology Working Group (EMTWG) on 13th to 16th May 2024 in Oslo. EMTWG is the major international forum for exchanging and sharing information on the latest advancements in IM and EM technology.

The key objective of this biennial meeting is to identify innovative solutions taking place within the international community, to include chemistry and applications of new or improved EM formulations and their application to IM technology advancements.

At the forefront of technical innovation, Roxel UK will be attending the conference with four of our members from the engineering team; Phil Gill, Dan Turner, Charlie Logan and Mike Hazell. Phil Gill is chairing a session on ‘Energetic Materials Formulations and Synthesis’ and Dan Turner is presenting his latest research on Novel IM protection material.  An innovative project working with Synbiosys to exploit a novel armour material technology for improved safety of rocket motors.

Roxel UK are part of the Insensitive Munitions European Manufacturers Group (IMEMG) which is the voice of industry expertise in the field of Insensitive Munitions technologies, regulations and policies. In the evolving landscape where innovation is a driving force in the industry, Roxel UK are a key contributor to the discussion on insensitive munitions.
