Record promotions support continued growth at HCR Law’s Hereford office

HCR Law’s Hereford office celebrated a record six promotions in April 2026, supporting continued growth and reflecting the firm’s ongoing commitment to developing local talent.

The promotions form part of HCR Law’s biggest promotion round to date, with more than 100 colleagues across its business services and private client teams being promoted nationwide.

The Family Law team in Hereford has seen three promotions, including Lauren Nash, who is promoted to Partner, and Amy-Marie Vale and Jennifer Lindup-Salmon, who progress to Senior Associate and Associate respectively. The team also welcomes back Callum Pocknall, who joins as a newly qualified solicitor after completing his training with the firm.

Elsewhere in the Hereford office, Lucy Willmett-Price (Private Client) is promoted to Senior Associate and Fern James (Agriculture and Estates) is promoted to Associate.

Jenny Staples, Head of Hereford Office, said: “Hereford continues to be a strong and growing part of HCR Law, and it’s encouraging to see so many of our colleagues progressing into the next stages of their careers with us. Developing our team locally ensures we have the experience and continuity our clients value, reinforcing our long-term commitment to clients across Herefordshire through nurturing and encouraging local talent.”

Rod Thomas, Managing Partner, said: “This marks a significant moment for HCR Law as we celebrate a record number of promotions across the firm. More than 100 colleagues step into new roles from 1 April, recognising their hard work and strengthening the support we provide to clients.
