Rebecca Maybanks, owner of Worcester Breaks, has been named ‘Hospitality Business Leader of the Year 2026 for the West Midlands’ at the Influential Business Women Awards 2026.
Rebecca founded Worcester Breaks just three years ago as a short-stay, home-from-home accommodation business. Since then, she has successfully grown the company, building its reputation on providing visitors to Worcester with comfortable, convenient places to stay where guests can relax, switch off, and enjoy their visit to the city.
With two properties in Worcester, The Mews located in St John’s and Chapel Court in the City Centre, Rebecca Maybanks leads with a personal service to her guests who range from tourists, contractors working locally and families visiting events throughout the year.
