Property agency John Truslove has helped IT consultancy FAIT UK mark its 25th anniversary with a move to new headquarters in Redditch.
The company works with clients across the Midlands, providing a range of IT and telecoms services.
They worked with Ian Parker, joint managing director at commercial property agency John Truslove to secure a lease on 1,214 sq ft of first floor offices at Empire Court, a landmark historical building close to Redditch town centre.
Set up by MD Stephen Finley, his late brother Donald and technical director Darren Mernagh in 2001, the company initially provided IT support and email services nationwide, travelling to clients’ offices across the country.
Mr Finley said: “We realised we were spending far too much time on the road every week, so we have focused on the East and West Midlands, Oxfordshire and Staffordshire – in particular Redditch, Birmingham, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove and Worcester. There’s more than enough work to keep us busy these days as every business relies on IT.”
FAIT UK provides cloud-based services and support for its clients, including cybersecurity, redundant backup, installations and phone services. The team is now eight strong and had been based on the Park Farm Industrial Estate for the last 15 years.
Mr Finley said: “We have been looking for new premises for a few years. The John Truslove agency has been one of our clients for a while, so they were our automatic choice to work with when we started looking around.
“Ian Parker helped us secure these premises and they are ideal for our needs. We moved in just a few weeks after our 25th anniversary and are now set for the next phase in our development as a business.”
Suite 6 at Empire court provides 1,214 sq ft of office space on the first floor of Empire Court, a fully-refurbished three storey red brick building that is part of the historic Grade II-listed former British Mills complex.
