Hazelton Mountford is delighted to share the recent promotions of three team members: Latisha, Amaash and Amelia.
These well-earned promotions reflect the business’s commitment to recognising hard work, supporting development and creating opportunities for staff to grow their careers internally.
Latisha and Amelia have both taken a significant step forward since joining the firm, each expanding their Account Handler roles to manage much larger books of business. Their strong work ethic, client focus and consistent performance have made them natural choices for progression, and they continue to play a key role in delivering excellent service.
Amaash has also moved into a new position, progressing from Claims Handler to Small Business Account Handler. Following the completion of his apprenticeship, he has transitioned to a different area of the business and is now managing his own book of business while continuing to build new skills.
The team have also been studying hard alongside their work. Latisha has recently passed her Cert CII qualification, while Amaash and Amelia are both working towards theirs.
