Worcestershire based accountancy firm, Ballards LLP, continues to expand with five new hires across its Business Services, Corporate Tax, Audit and Accounts and Private Client departments.
Since the beginning of the year, growth has remained a key focus for Ballards, which has been supported by its subsidiary company, Four Squared Recruitment.
Business Services Partner Ben Allman said:
“We are excited to welcome our new hires to Ballards. Each of them brings a unique set of skills and experiences that will further strengthen our business as a whole.
As we continue to grow and evolve as a firm, we are committed to investing in exceptional talent that will help us deliver the highest level of service and support to our clients.”
The firm has also recently made six promotions including Will Culwick and Alexandra Moore. Will and Alexandra have both been promoted to the position of Account Managers, having joined Ballards via the graduate scheme in 2016 from Exeter University and Cardiff University respectively.
The graduate scheme offers a fully funded study package, making it an attractive opportunity for university graduates seeking to train to become a Chartered Accountant whilst carrying out a full-time role within the sector.
Sarah Stevens HR Director said:
“I would like to extend my congratulations to all the recent promotions at Ballards.
Each of these individuals embodies the key DNA traits that we value here at Ballards – client focus, delivering exceptional quality, and forward thinking. As a firm, we believe in promoting from within and investing in our people, and it is inspiring to see our employees grow and progress within the company.
At Ballards, we recognise that progress and career development are paramount to fostering a positive and motivated workforce. We are proud to provide our employees with a fair and scalable work environment that promotes growth and development.
Our graduate scheme is just one example of our commitment to supporting talent, and we look forward to continuing to invest in our people and providing them with the resources they need to succeed.”
