Elston HR is delighted to welcome Claire Kerins-Mills as the newest member of its growing consultancy team.
Claire joins as a Senior HR Consultant, bringing a wealth of experience from the hospitality sector, where she has spent many years leading and supporting people functions within fast-paced, customer-focused environments. Holding a CIPD Level 7 qualification and a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University, Claire combines strong professional expertise with a practical understanding of business operations. Claire has recently been working as HR Manager for the prestigious, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, A Belmond Hotel.
Having previously worked as a multi-site manager, Claire offers a unique blend of operational and HR knowledge, enabling her to provide commercially focused, pragmatic solutions that support both business performance and employee engagement. She is also a qualified Insights Practitioner, using behavioural profiling to enhance communication, leadership development, and team effectiveness.
Claire will be working alongside Nadia Delgrosso and Géraldine Mannion and the wider consultancy team as Elston HR continues to expand its services and support an increasing number of clients across the UK.
