CXCS Wins Business of the Year at National Women in Agriculture Awards 2026

Herefordshire-based business support specialists CXCS are celebrating after being named Business of the Year at the National Women in Agriculture Awards 2026.

The award was presented during the national awards ceremony held at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in London on Tuesday 5th May 2026, recognising the work the CXCS team carries out supporting businesses across the agricultural sector.

CXCS provides HR, Health & Safety and compliance support, with extensive experience working alongside agricultural businesses and related industries.

Managing Director Karen Powell and members of the wider CXCS team attended the ceremony, where the business was recognised for its commitment to delivering practical, people-focused expertise to businesses navigating increasingly complex workplace, staffing and compliance challenges.

Over recent years, CXCS has continued to strengthen its reputation by supporting organisations with everything from workplace safety and HR challenges through to compliance requirements, operational support and wider business guidance.
