Britannic Place strengthens team following continued growth

Worcester-based Chartered Financial Planning firm Britannic Place Financial Management Ltd has welcomed three new team members as part of its long-term growth plans.

Andrea Arnold has joined the business as Business Manager, bringing experience from a senior operations role within a fintech organisation, alongside an extensive background in learning and development.

Sam Dorgan has joined as a Trainee Financial Planner after previously working as a Civil Engineer. His move into financial planning was driven by a desire for greater people interaction and the opportunity to follow in his late father’s footsteps.

Anton Bresler has joined as a Financial Services Trainee after retiring from professional rugby, having played for Worcester Warriors amongst other clubs. Alongside his playing career, Anton had already started preparing for life after sport by studying for financial planning qualifications.

These appointments follow significant growth for Britannic Place, which has achieved more than 25% growth over the last company year and has continued at a similar pace this year. The firm says growth has been driven by referrals from existing clients and professional connections, together with increased direct enquiries following national industry recognition and awards success.

Steve Perera, Director at Britannic Place, said: “We are delighted to welcome Andrea, Sam and Anton to the team. Each brings different experiences and perspectives, but all were attracted by the culture of the business and our core values. These appointments are an important part of our long-term plans as we continue to grow and invest in the future of the firm.”
