arrangeMY has announced the appointment of Gemma Ryder as Director of Bids and Account Management.
Ryder, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the corporate travel sector, will join the company’s Board of Directors as part of the move.
With over two decades in the industry, she is also an active contributor to the wider corporate travel sector, including engagement with the Business Travel Association.
In her role, Ryder leads arrangeMY’s Account Management function and oversees the organisation’s bid activity across corporate and public sector clients. She is responsible for leading and authoring the company’s bid submissions, alongside strengthening client partnerships, developing the account management capability of the business and ensuring alignment between bids, client strategy and long-term commercial growth.
