Mencap Training Academy is looking for employers across Worcestershire to provide genuine work placements for young people on our Supported Internship programme. It’s not 2 weeks making the coffee and doing the photocopying, we are talking about real work for 2 – 10 months.

We’re particularly looking for placements in animal care, trades, catering, IT, retail and outdoor activities.
We’re here to support you and the Intern all the way with a dedicated Skills Coach onsite as long as they are needed, regular employment reviews, support in training and managing the Intern.
