Seeking architectural expertise to support Malvern Sea Cadets’ building development project
Malvern Sea Cadets is looking for an architect or suitably experienced building professional to help us develop plans for the future of our unit headquarters.
We are exploring options to improve and modernise our existing facilities, create a more welcoming environment for young people, and potentially develop additional accommodation to support residential training and activities.
At this stage, we need professional guidance to help us understand what is realistically achievable. We are looking for someone who could work with us to explore the possibilities, identify any planning or practical constraints, and develop an initial concept and outline scope that will inform our future fundraising strategy.
Ideally, we would welcome some pro bono or charitable support from an architect or building professional willing to share their expertise with a local youth organisation.
Our unit provides opportunities for young people across Malvern and the surrounding area to develop confidence, teamwork, leadership and practical skills. Improving our facilities would help us build on this work and provide even better opportunities for future generations.
