Having built strong relationships within the local business community over many years, Steve sees his renewed Chamber membership as an opportunity to further collaborate with fellow professionals, share expertise and help local businesses navigate the opportunities and challenges of today’s business landscape.
With more than 30 years of experience spanning strategic leadership, business development and operational management, Steve continues to work closely with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Worcestershire. Through Business Doctors, he provides practical, hands-on support to business owners looking to improve profitability, strengthen performance and achieve sustainable growth.

Steve’s extensive business background includes senior leadership roles with nationally recognised brands, including Wiltshire Farm Foods, Vodafone Retail UK and Blacks Outdoor. Combined with his MBA in Marketing and Strategy, his experience enables him to support business owners with practical solutions, strategic planning and growth-focused advice.
As a Business Doctors franchise owner, Steve is part of a nationwide network of experienced business professionals who work collaboratively to help businesses overcome challenges and unlock their full potential. His approach focuses on delivering measurable improvements while building trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
Steve added:

Outside of business, Steve remains an active supporter of local causes and enjoys a range of outdoor pursuits, including kayaking, sailing and skiing. A keen endurance athlete, he has completed eight marathons and continues to participate in fundraising activities for local charities.
