Commercial property agents John Truslove have helped a world leading drive technology specialist consolidate its operations at its base in Worcestershire.
SEW-Eurodrive Ltd, part of a global German group employing over 22,000 people, has taken Units 15 & 16 Aston Fields Trading Estate in Bromsgrove.
Andrew Turner, managing director of SEW-Eurodrive Ltd which is based in Normanton in West Yorkshire, said: “We have had a sales office on one side of the road which we have owned since 1997, but we wanted to consolidate with the service centre.
“Our existing unit was not large enough and Ian Parker and his team at John Truslove understood our requirements and provided us with an excellent solution.”
“Units 15 & 16 provide the extra service capacity to grow our repair presence in the area and to incorporate our sales office into the same building.
“We are now looking to employ one more engineer in the service centre, and also seeking an internal sales person for the office. We plan to increase our headcount in Bromsgrove further down the line.
SEW-Eurodrive has taken the total of 8,642 sq ft on a five year lease at £77,500 per sq ft. John Truslove were joint agents with GJS Dillon.
